Questions about a Kettle pilot

If your housing provider is running a pilot, contact their resident services team first — they hold your tenancy and can check whether your home is eligible.

For anything about the technology, the data we hold, or how the pilot is measured, contact us directly.

A note on scams

Kettle Energy will never ask you for payment, bank details or a one-time passcode in order to take part in a pilot. If someone does, it is not us. Report it to your housing provider.
